Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed no return will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, on the website go to CONTACT in the main menu and you will find a CLICK HERE button under Submit Return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1 Stubai Place, Midstream Hill Estate, Olifantsfontein, Gauteng, 1692

If your return is accepted, you will be informed on the steps to follow.

Refunds
No refunds are available. If you are unsatisfied with the item purchased, you are more than welcome to exchange it.

Exchanges
Follow the steps above mentioned for submitting a return.  Note that the courier fees for exchanging an item will need to be paid by the purchaser prior to an exchange being finalized.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may submit a return request as stated above under the returns section.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
